Sideloading Your Free Books

Sideloading can sound a little intimidating, but it’s pretty manageable in most instances. I’m including a slowly-growing set of instructions for a variety of devices, apps, and platforms below, and you can usually find other guides on google if you put in something to the effect of “sideloading books onto *name/brand of your decive*”.

Before you go to the individual device pages, it’s worth pointing out that many people seem to have problems clicking in the links and downloading the files using iPhones and iPads. The files and links are fine and have been tested across tens of thousands of people, but on some of the devices it appears that finding a downloaded file is more difficult than on others.

If you’re having problems downloading the files to your device, you’ll generally have better luck if you click on the links using a laptop or desktop computer. If you try that, and still run into problems, 5 of the 7 titles that I offer to mailing list subscribers are available for free on Amazon, iBooks, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, and Google Play. Just go to whichever you normally use to buy books and do a search for the book.

You can also currently get each of the 7 books emailed to you directly if you find them on Instafreebie.
